Strong winds mean the forecast for January 31 is a mix of cloud, thundershowers and perhaps even some sunshine, says the Tanzania Meteorological Agency (TMA.)
“Heavy precipitation associated with strong winds are at times expected over most areas of the country,” says TMA director general Agnes Kijazi.
Winds gusts of 40km/h are expected in the northern coastal regions, leading to moderate to rough sea conditions.
Similar conditions are expected on Wednesday, February 1.
