A GoFundMe campaign has been set up to assist in covering the ongoing medical and rehabilitation expenses for the three children who survived the Karatu bus crash, which killed 35.

The campaign, which you can check out here, hopes to raise $300,000 USD for ‘transferring and the ongoing medical and educational care’ of the three children in Sioux City, Iowa.

Over 11,000 USD has already been raised.

Why Sioux City? Moments after the crash, ‘inconceivable providence‘ brought a team of medics on safari to the grizzly scene.

Many of the costs are already covered: Samaritan’s Purse will fly the three survivors to the United States on Sunday, May 14 and Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa, has agreed to support their stay in hospital.

Surgeons have also agreed to perform the necessary procedures free of charge.
