Strong winds exceeding 40 km/h and waves over 2 meters are expected on Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10.
The warning extends to all parts of coastal Tanzania, including the Isles, says the Tanzania Meteorological Agency (TMA.)
“Sea users and residents of the mentioned areas are advised to take necessary precautions,” says the TMA.
