Need a cultural fix? This weekend, enjoy some art, dance performances, live music, comedy and even a fashion show — all on one night and all in support of Nafasi Art Space’s programs.
Inspired by life in Dar, new works by visual artists including Elias Jengo, Amani Abeid, Vita Malulu, Safina Kimbokota, Mwandale Mwanyekwa, Lute Mwakisopile, LocalFanatics, Masoud Kibwana, Thobias Minzi, Paul Ndunguru will be on display.
There will dance performances from Nantea Dance Company, MuDa Africa, and Shine Dance, and live music from Isack Abeneko and his band.
The evening will also include live performances from Nafasi Artists, cocktails and canapes.
The event takes place on Saturday July 29, from 18:00 to 22:00 at Nafasi Art Space in Mikocheni.
