This us great news. But who want to blow the Advocate’s offices??? Is this a syndicate kind of group or what????
Unfortunate for a country of Nyerere who was known as President of Tanzania, Africa’s most peaceful nation!
Its too bad for peceaful nation. Hope nobody was hurt.
I am perturbed. I was in Dar, then practising, when my friend, Advocate Kapinga, was shot and killed. And now this. When I was defending Gray in the first treason trial, the most I suffered was repeated punctures in the poor wheels of my two year old Datsun parked opposite the High Court on the other side of the road, for four days! I informed the Director of Intelligence: no more punctures. But — this is too much!
MAYBE THE IMMMA LAWYERS HAD TAKEN A CONTROVERSIAL CASE OR THE DEFENCE STAND TAKEN BY IMMMA MAY HAVE DISTURBED THE SENTIMENTS OF SOME PEOPLE. ANYWAY,THE RULE OF LAW HAS TO BE MAINTAINED BY EMERGING SOCIETIES.
