For the second day in a row, problems with the national grid have caused power outages across the country, says utility provider Tanesco.
An initial outage occurred shortly after 04:00 on Wednesday morning, and Tanesco says power was restored to most of the country by 06:00.
On Thursday, October 26, an ‘error in the national grid’ around 06:00 has resulted in another outage.
Tanesco says their technicians are working ‘day and night’ to fix the problem.
